Hello to all.

On this page, I will reveal all ins and outs about getting back into shape after birthing twins. It is not an easy task at hand but I love a challenge. I will display my daily workouts and a visual timeline of my body. As a first time mom and a mom of multiples, I know it may be difficult to adjust to my pre-pregnancy workouts and I may have to be more creative with the time that I use to workout. However, I want to show other new moms and moms of multiples that a healthy and fit body is achievable. I will prove it!

Hello to all.  Well I guess that extra time I thought I would have was a total dream.  I wasn’t able to go full blast like I wanted to in the beginning. I had to allow my body some recovery time before I tried to beat up on it again.  I am finally working on my body little by little.  First, I’m starting with my diet because I need to cut out some bad choices that just leads to lethargy.  I need ENERGY! Shoot, I have twins.  I have been adding in some strengthening moves so that I can carry my babies without extra help.
